If you need to remove these, what is the best way to remove the adhesive without damaging the wall? Mine are very stuck on there.

Hi Lan, Thank you for your interest in ZhiYo products! Our tape is very sticky. You better plan the route before installing the raceways in case of re-installation or any potential damage to the wall when removing the tape. If you have to remove the tape, please peel it off slowly or turn to a knife for help. Hope these info can help you. ZhiYo. Inc

how do you cut them to the desired fit?

Thin hacksaw is easiest, or a bandsaw. I wouldn't recommend a knife - the hinges are too thick.

Keep my dog from chewing ac cord

This cord cover is for hanging on a wall. Is your dog chewing on a cord that hangs against a wall? Do you think that if you hung this on a wall, your dog would chew right through this to get to the cord? Maybe you'd be better off by applying something distasteful to your dog on the cord. Is there anything like that? Maybe something bitter like hair spray. Not sure.
