Anyone else have that problem?** A: I have the same problem and will try a lubricant. The o-ring looks cracked pretty badly. I'll try to remove from the faucet it during the winter months to avoid the freezing and thawing (but no doubt, I will forget.) It's on the north side of the house, so the sun has no impact. **Q: O-ring replacement?** A: Dear Paul, You can buy the below sets: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VPHQGZT?ref=myi_title_dp Mrs crystal **Q: What size o-rings do these use so I can order replacements?** A: These people answering your question are morons. Obviously you aren’t asking about the female rubber washer. You are asking about the male O ring. And it’s NOT a standard garden hose one. To the contrary, very odd size and must be ordered from manufacturer. There is a link to them on an above question. Just ordered them **Q: Will the female fitting hold water pressure if uncoupled from the male fitting?** A: My Melnor PLASTIC Quick-Connect female fittings stop water flow when the male end is removed. I Googled this question about the METAL connectors & this is what it said: "Outlet end connector with water-stop, attaches to male end of any garden hose for easy quick connect attachment of accessories, stops water flow when product is disconnected, saves time & energy." ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ 1セットの販売です。2個セットではない。 *by ホ***ル on 25 May 2021* 2個セットで送ってもらいたい。 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the money. *by A***R on 8 May 2026* This is what you want to use if you want connectors that last . Super easy to use. These are10 times better than plastic ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just makes life a little easier. Worth every penny! *by M***S on 22 September 2026* I love these quick connects. I use them for all of my RV and home connections. It just simplifies things. Some of my house spickets are so close to the brick, I tend to scratch my knuckles every time I am attempting to attach a water hose, without drips. The connection is fast, drip-free and just makes life a little easier. The rubber o-ring really gives a good seal and for the price, you can't beat it. It's made of anti-corrosive solid brass, which is very thick. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others. I have purchased this product several times. Give it a try and you will see what I am talking about. Hope this helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - HQMPC Garden Hose Quick Connect Solid Brass Quick Connector Garden Hose Fitting Water Hose Connectors 3/4 inch GHT (2SETS) - HQMPC Garden Hose Y Valve Hose Splitter Brass Hose Splitter With Stainless Steel Long Handle Brass Y Valve Water Garden Hose Adapter 2 Way Y Valve 3/4" GHT Thread - HQMPC Garden Hose Quick Connect Solid Brass Quick Connector Garden Hose Fitting Water Hose Connectors Garden Hose Disconnect 3/4 inch GHT (2Sets) (2Female+2Male) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/326380163-hqmpc-garden-hose-quick-connect-solid-brass-quick-connector-garden](https://www.desertcart.no/products/326380163-hqmpc-garden-hose-quick-connect-solid-brass-quick-connector-garden) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
