I had purchased two other slim minimalistic ones but I couldn’t figure out how to program them and I’m relatively tech savvy. This one is a little bulky, but it is not uncomfortable. The best part about it is that the written directions are super easy to follow and very clear. I decided to use my own band rather than the one it came with. The alarm itself can attach to anything as it uses a simple clip. Some users complain that it’s hard to find which button silences the alarm once it wakes you up. I put a little Velcro tab next to the “alarm off” button so I could feel for it easily when it goes off. The alarm off button is very clearly marked, but I guess when you are half asleep, it’s a little more challenging too find it by feel. The vibration is strong enough to wake deep sleepers.
