I have a 0.5 acre lot in Virginia where everything grows like a weed and my forearms were getting wrecked with the hand pruner. This gadget works great, comes with a spare blade, and I could even cut a 1" branch fully extended on a ladder yesterday. I have the larger one and highly recommend. It takes a bit of getting used to and feels a bit slow in the beginning but certainly a lot less wear and tear on my body. Battery life is at least 1.5 hours which is typically all I do at one go. Very easy to use with a safety trigger and certainly has enough cutting power.

They did me one better and sent a new cable free of charge. It was a nice surprise and a great example of customer service. So I would recommend their products with no reservations.

Finally it was showing signs of slowing down and probably needed a charge however in the time since I purchased it we moved and the charging cable was lost. It has a very specific plug pattern so a generic cable wouldn't work. I was able to contact the seller, Ligo Tools, through Amazon and I asked if I could purchase another cable. They did me one better and sent a new cable free of charge. It was a nice surprise and a great example of customer service. So I would recommend their products with no reservations.

She cut 4 burning bushes from 3 foot tall to just stubs so I could dig them out. She used it all day and we never recharged it. Max branch diameter was about 1 inch and she said it was effortless. Her recent wrist surgery too was the reason I ordered the pruner. Very powerful so no fingers near the end.
