**Q: What is the texture supposed to be like on these? Are they firm or are they more mushy/crumbly?**
A: Mushy/crumbly. I think that is the texture they should have since it was approximately the same with the great Cross and Blackwell brand we used to buy but I didn't like the taste of these very much.

**Q: Ingredients ?**
A: A lovely, very old English pickle complement to 'cold cuts' ! Ingredients:- Walnuts, Barley Malt vinegar, Barley Malt extract, a little sugar and water.

**Q: Are they kosher?**
A: There is no indication on the jar that they are kosher so i am sure they are not.
