I purchased the Amazon Essentials Women's Linen Blend Drawstring Relaxed Fit Wide Leg Pants to have a lightweight, breathable option for hot weather travel, and they are exceptional. Crafted from a premium 55% linen and 45% cotton blend, they provide the beautiful, airy drape of natural flax fibers while remaining significantly less prone to heavy wrinkling than pure linen garments. They look polished enough to wear out to dinner or a casual office environment, yet they feel as incredibly comfortable and non-restrictive as loungewear. The relaxed-fit structural design functions flawlessly for all-day movement. The elastic pull-on waistband combined with an adjustable drawcord ensures a perfectly custom, secure fit around the hips without digging in. I would say this product is on par with the price. I got a few pairs in different sizes and colors in an attempt to expand my summer work wardrobe beyond heavy jeans and they will do the job, but I do have some gripes. I first ordered an XL, based off of guidelines here. I can wear this pair but they are too large for sure. First off, they're very long. But I'm 5"4 so most pants are too long. The length and the fact that the pants won't cinch fully on my hips is an issue, but I'm able to wear this pair if I pull it all the way up over my stomach. Given the reviews that said they are oversized, this was probably a predictable problem, and I can still wear them. I went ahead and ordered a size down. These fit better, but still not quite right. Still a little long (again, short people problems), and these are just a tiny bit tight too in the thigh and hip. I can wear them but it's not as comfortable as I would like, which is a shame because I bought these for the loose fit. Overall, these are fine. I bought them mainly as work pants so it's not of huge concern to me that the fit is unideal. My only issues are with the fit to my measurements, not really with any inherent issue with the product. We'll see how long they last before falling apart.

These are a little big on me as I sized up, but so so so comfortable so I am keeping just as they are. Because of the wide legs and the drawstring, I do not mind they look baggy, the linen makes it look like they should be. Thick fabric and beautiful color as well (green, more of a mosey forest green). I immediately ordered two more pairs while they are still on sale. Update. Decided to return and try for a medium size, more true to my size. Unlike most clothing sold on Amazon that are too small, these pants seem to be truer to size. Medium fits perfect so I do not recommend sizing up if you are thinking about it or taking the Amazon size advice.

I am 5' 10" and weigh 215. the sizing was okay, but the length was way too short. I bought the XL and the fit was good, Nice fabric and fit but had to return. I feel these run large, at least one size. I can easily wear 30" length in this type of pants, but, not these. This would have been a great buy with just a couple more inches on the length. Amazon, you need to consider selling tall also, there are many tall people out there that would have loved these at this price point. Please consider, I would buy all of my clothing from Amazon essentials if it was just a bit longer, and I'm sure others feel the same. sadly, I did return them.

Many reviews state that they run large but I think that’s how they should fit. My experience: I bought a white 2 years ago; at the time I was a size 8 or 10 in jeans and I ordered a large. A bit big but comfy so I use them for lounging around or as pjs. Last summer I lost a few pounds and was wearing size 4 or 6 in jeans so I ordered 2 more pair in size small, which fit but not comfy and loose so I returned. The elastic waist just didn’t feel right, maybe because I had gotten used to the large. In any case want them loose enough for warm weather comfort but not so loose they look sloppy. The white pair from 2 years ago has held up well; a bit of fraying at the waist around the elastic but they're still pretty nice. This year I ordered a medium and yes it is a bit big but I like the look. They get really soft in the wash and because of the cotton content don’t get as wrinkly as linen.

If you’re looking for casual linen pants to add to your summer wardrobe these are the best ones on Amazon. I got dark colors, and I can say 100% those are not see through. They are super comfortable and able to be worn dressed up or down. The material feels and looks like true linen. I saw a ton of “linen” pants that were advertised but the review pictures made them look like they were nylon material. I would also say they are true to size. I’m 5’6 and 160 got a L, and they are a tiny bit long on me, but I actually prefer that when wearing linen wide legged pants.

These are ok in terms of fabric & quality, though much too bulky in the waist for a smaller person. Unfortunately they say “XS” but are very, very big. I thought since they are linen & cotton that they might shrink enough to fit nicely, , but no such luck. Now I have three pair that are still too big, but can’t be returned because I washed them. They also cannot easily be offered because they have double stitching and pockets over the area where pleats might have helped. They are definitely not “XS”

I’ve purchased several pairs of Amazon Essentials linen pants over the years, and they’ve become a staple in my summer wardrobe. This is my second pair in the ecru color—I'm hard on the lighter shades—so I was pleased to see that while the fabric is a slightly different tone than my previous pair, it's still a flattering light tan that goes with everything. The fabric is light and breathable, perfect for warm weather, yet has enough weight to drape nicely without clinging. There’s a slight stretch for comfort, and the fit remains relaxed and easy to wear. One feature I really appreciate is that the pockets don’t show through the fabric, unlike many other linen pants I’ve tried. While you’ll still want to wear light-colored undergarments, the material isn’t overly sheer. I take these pants with me every summer to Europe—they’re ideal for sightseeing during the day and can be dressed up a bit for casual evenings out. The waistband on this newer version feels slightly stiffer than past iterations, but it’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t detract from the overall wearability. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and will likely keep coming back for more.

Eine sehr schöne Sommerhose, guter Schnitt, tolle Stoffqualität. Habe sie mir 3 x und meine Tochter 4 x bestellt. Sie trägt sie auch zu Hause als "Chillhose", statt Jogginghose. Die Hose ist für Büro und viele Anlässe an heißen Sommertagen gut geeignet. Durch Baumwoll-Leinemgemisch knittert sie auch nicht so schnell wie reines Leinenen. Wir sind beide sehr zufrieden. Fällt etwas größer aus, trage normalerweise Große 46 /L/XL je nach Hersteller. Hier passt mir Größe M. Danke für deise tolle Hose! Gerne wieder.
