Will this work with a virgin sim card?

This flip mobile phone only support 2G network, if the virgin sim card do that, the big button mobile phone will work well.

How do you change the ringtone on this phone?

Browsing ringtone of the big button mobile phone: Menu - Profiles – Options – Settings – Ring settings

Will the phone work without a micro SD card ?

Yes, it also comes with a sim size adapter, so you can put your current sim straight into it if you want to, or purchase a new sim (it is sim free, so comes without an actual sim card)

Is there a phone case for this

As far as I know there aren't any cases for this type of fone but, it really doesn't need one because as lts a flip fone the outer case is sturdy. The occasional drop on the floor hasn't caused any harm to the I bought although I wouldn't advise u throwing it about!! Hope this answers your query.
