Can this handle harsh cold? I'm in Minnesota and it can get pretty chilly here..

Cync Support Team, please be honest. In another post you admit it is rated to -20C which is just -4F. Only by encasing it within an additional outdoor enclosure, that may require heating, will it survive Minnesota. I live there too, it reaches -35F every single year without fail. Often even colder than that. I've yet to have a single outdoor smart switch survive all winter without needing to be brought inside for part of it.

Is this plug Z wave capable?

This is a great question! Out plugs are not Z wave capable, if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly. – Cync Support Team

The user guide says to be a minimum of 12 ft from the ground. i assume that is meant to be 12 inches?

Thank you for reaching out! You are correct, the plug needs to be at least 12 inches from the ground. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any additional questions. -Cync Support Team

How long is the cord?

Thanks for reaching out! The cord attached to the plug is exactly 5.9". Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any additional questions. -Cync Support Team
