Many useful features at the touch of a button, other items easily found and put to use. Got this for great price and I will get much use from it.Update on July 6, 2023 - My new sewing machine is now out of order. It powers on, but ANY button you touch results in a beep. I have attempted to contact Juki but had to leave a message with tech support. So at this point I have no idea what may come about. Funny how easy to buy, but getting support is always the issue.Update on July 8, 2023 - I still have not heard back from Juki tech support. I have left message to return call, but so far nothing.July 10, 2023 - Made contact with Juki tech support and the man was extremely good and very nice and walked me through correcting the issue.
