The RICOH THETA Z1 51GB is the new flagship model of this series,with an expanded internal memory of 51GB. The compact main body is equipped with a 1.0-inch back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, enabling approx. 23MP resolution 360-degree still images. **Q: Repairing a Z1 camera lens please?**
A: Clearly the camera is an all-in-one in integral lenses. The camera should have a two year warranty from new and Ricoh do have a repairs option if you visit their website but otherwise it's an insurance claim or take a hit and buy a new one. I bought a hard case here on Amazon for a few quid - its very good

**Q: Does it have a remote trigger? So you can take a picture remotely from the camera without having to use your smartphone.**
A: Not yet to my knowledge. However I have a small cheap bluetooth button for triggering the camera on the phone remotely. And if I have that connected to the phone at the same time as the Z1 then it'll take a shot no worries. So I can leave the phone in a pocket, run around with the Z1 on a monopod, go hide or whatever, press the wee button to take the shot, and return to the camera.
