Sometimes when you buy the perfect color sprinkles they look lovely but taste gross. And sometimes the most delicious sprinkles don't look the best. These manage to hit both marks perfectly. They look lovely and they taste very pleasant. Most notably, the largest balls are still sprinkles and not made of chocolate which for me is a big win. And at the same time, these largest sprinkles don't break your teeth when you try to eat them. Already ordered another jar.

I do a lot of baking and cake decorating. I've wasted a ton of money on dragees and sprinkles I've ordered online. Many are so hard they'd break a tooth or have a weird "non-edible" taste and some that have "for decorative purposes only, not to be consumed" written in small print on the bottle - which of course was not disclosed on the Amazon product listing/ad page (and of course you can't return "food" items). Ugh! But I gave these dragees a try. YES!! They are soft, easy to eat and taste good. They are actually edible! I will definitely be ordering these again.

The entire package is in Chinese so I have no idea what these are made of but I can assure you all it is absolutely not sugar. These are VERY hard and they are not sweet. I purchased them for my four year olds birthday cake and we both tried one when they got here. Had I put these on a cake I am confident someone would have broken a tooth. I later caught my daughter with the bottle open pulling each pearl out and throwing them away because they were so bad she didn’t want them on her cake. These are not eligible for return so don’t throw your money away.
