**Q: What's the quality of this grip?**
A: The quality of the plastic feels a little on the cheap side but myself and my girlfriend use this all the time and no sign of breaking. Works well

**Q: How to reset the counting function of the grip?**
A: Press on the little spinning wheel at the bottom of the handle and then spin it until it shows 00.
Remember to spin while pressing on it, it locks the digits together and makes it 10 times quicker to get to 00.

**Q: Is this grip durable? Will it break easily?**
A: I've had mine for a few weeks and they seem of good quality. I keep one in the truck and one at home. I use the truck one more often and the adjustable spring tension feels strong and the counter worked great. There is no cheating on the counter also. You have to fully close the grips or it will not count. 👍

**Q: Is it silent? So I can use it in school when I’m bored**
A: It’s not perfectly silent. It does make a click everytime it pushes the counter button. If you stop short of that then yeah no noise. But sound wise it’s about the same loudness as clicking a ball point pen.

Good grip, sturdy and well made. Ease to use. I use it as part of my work out routine. It has a good weight to it. Tension is adjustable. I’m a woman with smaller hands. It fits good not perfect but it’s probably because I’m new at this. It can be use for daily workout routine or just when you are free. Use it when you are watching TV. Price was worth it.
