Review: Overly priced for content - I have done Pilates for several years (reformer) and really felt that this book was too basic for those who have done Pilates but not good enough at explaining how not to injure yourself if you are not an experienced user. I also felt that there were not enough exercises for opening the upper back. Basically I felt that I wasted my money.

I have a foam spine corrector and have done classes with them (As a student). I wanted a book with a clear list of exercises so I could do them at home. This book is fantastic (so are all the others int he series). There are alot of easy to look at pictures, written descriptions and in the back is a list of the exercises, so once you learn them you can just look at that.
