## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used without service plan?**
A: Hello! Yes, but functions are limited. Wyze Sense v2 sensors work best with the Wyze Sense Hub included in the Core Starter Kit for Wyze Home Monitoring as well as the service plan.

**Q: Can this system be used without the service?**
A: No, without the service plan you just have a bunch of sensors, nothing else. DO NOT BUY if you want an unmonitored alarm. The only way for the system to work is if you have paid for monitoring My first year included service plan just expired. I never needed or wanted monitoring. Now that it is expired the system doesn't work, you just have a bunch of unconnected sensors and the key pad does nothing. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT AN UNMONITORED ALARM.

**Q: I just want entry sensors that alert me via my phone only (wyze app). can they work without the monitoring service and alarm?**
A: No, without the service plan you just have a bunch of sensors, nothing else. DO NOT BUY if you want an unmonitored alarm. The only way for the system to work is if you have paid for monitoring My first year included service plan just expired. I never needed or wanted monitoring. **Q: Is there a credit check to use the monitoring?**
A: No there is no credit check. They bill you monthly and you can cancel the subscription at any time.
