Please confirm front closure pocket 3.9"h x 2.4"w x 1.2"d. this is too small for cell phone; looks larger in photo.

If you have the 7 Plus or the note it is tough to get those phones in there.

Can you fit a Gun in the top pocket how deep is it

I suppose you could. The pocket is roughly 8" x 8" x 1.5"Thanks for asking. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

will radio pouch fit a Motorola commercial unit (regular length) with a belt clip AND a microphone cord attachment?

I am running an ICOM 92AD, it is shorter than the Motorola but the depth for the pocket is 5" and has an adjustable strap. I think you would be happy with the Dirty Rigger Chest Rig. David Tobey W5ORB

Are there any dividers in the large pouch to organize tools?

The large pouch is a single opening, with slick interior sides and no dividers. I have modified mine with hook and loop inside that allowed me to mount tools using elastic bands and smaller pouches held in place using hook and loop. It works well for me.
