Review: Great Substitute - Quality lentils at an amazing price, A great substitute for mince and using them in soups. Review: Taste texture healthy option - Packed full of protein Easy to cook I use for stews and soups giving depth of flavour with that added nutritional value Sound like Neil from the young ones but carrot and lentil soup with crusty bread is simple easy and cheap... Usually Buy the brown/red lentils but opted for the green and glad I did
