Does thisitem latex-free?

Hi,Sure, the wrap does not contain any latex. The blue part (pouch) is made of soft polyester fleece and the black part (strap) is made of flexible polyester. We hope this will help answer your question. Let us know if you have any other concerns and I'll be glad to assist you.Ricardo / CEO,Koo-care

How long does this take to freeze?

Koo-care gel pack can easily get cold in an hour, but we always recommend freezing it for at least 2 hours for longer 'chill' effect. The gel pack doesn't freeze solid but remains flexible, which is great for wrapping around elbow, wrist, knee etc. It can stay cold for as long as 20 minutes as it is the generally recommended time of doctors.Overusing it does not help you heal any faster and may actually damage or burn skin tissue -- which we believe you have been advised given how your doctor wants you to apply it for only every few hours.Hope it will help you! Let me know if you have any more concerns and I'll be glad to help you.Ricardo/ CEO,Koo-care
