ExcelMark ink is a water based ink that works with self inking (ker-chunk style) stamps and with old fashioned stamp pads. Xstamper stamps are Pre-Inked, and they use an oil based refill ink. It is best to use Xstamper ink with Xstamper stamps. ExcelMark ink will work to refill any self inking style stamp. Self inking stamps are those with a slide out ink pad.
