It is three strips of leather (?) sewn down but they are raised high enough to hold tablet quite well. **Q: Will this product fit the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S-pen model that is being released at the end of October?** A: NO! I just received this and it was too small for my Samsung Tab A 10.1 with S-pen I received in nov 2016 **Q: Will it fit the samsung t580? I don't know what the pen model is???** A: Yes it will fit the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet SM-T580 & T-585. I'm not sure what you mean by the second part of your question but I think if your asking about the pen holder, they all come with a pen holder and ball point pen, no matter which case you buy. If you already have a stylus then that may go in the holder if you prefer. **Q: Can the stand be used in a portrait mode?** A: It can if u want to look at it at 180 degrees there is no tilt ## Frequently Bought Together - ProCase Leather Case for Galaxy Tab A 10.1-inch 2016 (SM-T580 T585 T587), Stand Folio Cover for Galaxy Tab A 10.1" Tablet (NO S Pen Version) with Multiple Viewing Angles Card Pocket -Black - Supershieldz (2 Pack) Designed for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (SM-T580 and SM-T587 Model Only 2016 Release) Screen Protector, (Tempered Glass) Anti Scratch, Bubble Free --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/31317578-leather-case-for-galaxy-tab-a-10-1-2016-no](https://www.desertcart.no/products/31317578-leather-case-for-galaxy-tab-a-10-1-2016-no) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
