do you make liners for the 16 oz paint cup?

HPco. does not make liners for their paint cup.

Can I put mineral spirits in the cup with the liner? Or will the mineral spirits melt the liner?

You can use them with mineral spirits.

Will these also fit the "allway ez paint pail"?

No, these are specifically for Bercom’s HANDy Paint Pail.

Are these for the 16oz or 32oz containers ?

More than a quart fill fit into it. I would guess 48 oz. Hope this helps!
