What are "HD cast rims?"

My guess would be Harley motorcycle rims.

Does this prevent tube from pinching?

No, they do not prevent the tube from pinching. These are a terrible product. They're extremely hard to keep in place on the rim while prying on the tires. The constantly pop off.

Will they work on 17” Ford F-150 rim

Yes. I use the when I change motorcycle and car tires. Never mare a rim.

Ucan i use on grand marquis?

It should because it protects the wheel rim.

Best on the market

Best I’ve used. Used off shore brands and they end up cracking scratching the wheels. Don’t waist your time with anything but MP
