**Q: Will these fit to a standard bar or do they only work with olympic bars?**
A: They fit on a standard bar.

**Q: Hello,when you put it on the bar,does it stay on tight**
A: It does stay on tight as soon as you put it on the bar it’s on there you have to really smack it just to get it off!

**Q: Once you start the workout and the block touch your chest. Do it rotate or stay in place?**
A: It stays in place.  I use it when I bench press and it always stays in place.  Have not had a problem with it.

**Q: Will they fit on planet fitness bars**
A: They will fit on the standard Olympic bars however the older smith machine bars are a bit too big in diameter
