I wanted something that had a little more friction and resistance than the stock tip, which was too slippery for me. I do not have any kind of screen protector, so just the regular iPad screen. The friction is indeed much higher and that takes some getting used to, but my handwriting is SO much neater with this tip - I’m talking way way better. It is also almost completely silent compared to the clicky sound of the original tip. Once I got used to the increased friction, this tip is better in every way for me. Other reviews say they wear out faster. I haven’t had it long enough to know, but I like it enough that I’m ordering more just to have them on hand in case I need to change them often. Review: The Best! - The best tip out of 6 kinds I tried. It’s super quiet. A much better Apple Pencil experience. It matches the Apple Pencil tip geometry perfectly. It’s everything the regular Apple Pencil tip should be. Tip: a ZAGG glass screen protector makes writing smoother than the iPad glass because of ZAGG’s nice glass coating. I’d say it reduces grip on the screen by 40%. I can directly compare the difference at the camera cutout area. Something worth noting, considering softer tips like these feel more grippy on the glass compared to the regular tip. ## Features - [Compatibility] - These soft pencil tips are compatible with Apple Pencil 1st Gen and 2nd Generation. Works fine for me when I'm drawing. (I prefer the extra bit of resistance/drag). The only thing I've noticed is that certain tap gestures with the Apple Pencil are a bit less responsive . I might have to tap more than once or a bit more forcefully. It doesn't bother me. I've only been using the MJKOR Tips for a few weeks ,but so far I really like the feel of it , along with the Paperlike textured screen protector. **Q: How is this product?** A: It is softer on the screen. If compared to the original apple tip, the MJKOR makes a lower-pitched, lighter, tap sound. However, it does not seem as sensitive when tipping the apple pencil to the side. **Q: Would this fit the penoval A-4 stylus?** A: Hello friends, I'm sorry that these nibs are not fit for penoval A-4 stylus. These nibs fit for apple pencil first and second generation. And also compatible with Logitech Crayon Digital Pencil. Thank you very much! **Q: Does it work with Ipad Air 4th gen?** A: If your iPad uses the Apple Pencil, they will work. It is just the nib. It adds some friction to the use on the glass, which gives the user more of a paper feel. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are quiet and smooth *by O***N on December 12, 2024* I am using Apple Pencil USB-C. I bought a couple years ago and I just recently switched out the tips. It gives any ipad the paperfeel so your not constantly clicking on the screen. It also makes taking notes much more likeable. It was very compatible and easy to install with the apple pencil. Ive found that the responsiveness is on point and it does not scratch the screen. I gave 4 stars because they do begin to wear down after a looooong while, thats then I had switched mine out. Overall highly functional and great value for money spent! ## Frequently Bought Together - MJKOR Soft Paperfeel Damping Tips Replacement Compatible with Apple Pencil 1st Gen & 2nd Gen, Noise Reducing Pen Nibs for iPad Pro(2 PCS) - Paperlike's Pencil Grips for Apple Pencil 1st & 2nd Generation, USB-C & Pro - Set of 2 - Ergonomic Precision - Pencil Tips Soft Wear-Resistant Damping Pen Tip for Apple Replacement 2B Stylus Fine Nib Compatible with iPad Air Mini Pro Apple Pencil 1st Gen & 2nd Generation - 6+2 Packs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/306943789-2-pcs-2b-soft-paperfeel-damping-tips-for-apple-pencil](https://www.desertcart.no/products/306943789-2-pcs-2b-soft-paperfeel-damping-tips-for-apple-pencil) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
