## Description

Tune Up Fitness Therapy Balls PLUS with Tote

## Features

- A GO-TO SELF MASSAGE TOOL: at 2 ¾ inches in diameter & with a grippy texture that helps to engage the skin, superficial, & deep fascia layers, the Therapy Ball PLUS balls roll along the skin with the pressure experience of an elbow, creating a shear that heats, calms, & lengthens targeted & associated tissues, providing desired muscle tension & pain relief. Perfect for self myofascial release and massage ball therapy
- BETTER THAN A LACROSSE BALL FOR MASSAGE: with similar pressure as a lacrosse ball, the Therapy Ball PLUS is much more gentle, more compressible, & has more grip, allowing the muscles and nervous system to relax more deeply without causing soreness or bruising.
- ON-DEMAND PAIN & TENSION RELIEF: works well as a shoulder, QL lower back massager, hamstring roller, & psoas muscle release tool. Effective for neck, upper & lower back pain relief, sciatica, & plantar fasciitis. Lasts longer and performs better than lacrosse balls and other general massage balls and trigger point balls.
- GREAT FOR PREWORKOUT & POSTWORKOUT MUSCLE RECOVERY: helps to warm up the muscles & improve range of motion & mobility fast, while mobilizing fluids along the spine & joints. When used post workout, the massage balls help muscle recovery and decrease soreness. Also helps to induce a deep relaxation response and supports deeper sleep.
- USED BY TEACHERS & PRACTITIONERS WORLDWIDE: a key therapy ball set used in Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method & Yoga Tune Up fitness formats, used by over 500 certified teachers in yoga studios, gyms, physical therapy, & wellness centers across the globe.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can one make the balls tacky again if they lose their tacky-ness?**
A: Wash them!

**Q: If you own both these Plus balls and the Alpha balls, which do you prefer?**
A: It's not a matter of preference for the balls; each size is specific to the anatomy it's rolling. Ultimately it's better to have all three sizes. The Plus balls are brilliant for the spine/shoulders/neck, and the larger Alpha balls are specifically lovely for the hips/buttocks/hamstrings...

**Q: I have the original yoga tune up balls. Are these harder and less dense than those? How do you use them differently?**
A: Yes they are a little harder, denser and larger. They can be used similarly to the originals, but will not be quite as malleable as the originals. However I still love having both types for variety.

**Q: Can you get the tune up balls wet?**
A: To clean your therapy balls, we recommend that you rub them with a towel, soap and warm water and let them dry off. Do not submerge in water.
