99.9 percent sure china, and it was returned for poor quality

do these come with a key ring?

No I didn't get one. My only complaint is the button gave out but, it still functions so I am still using it.

El material es cuero?

Bueno cuero cuero no creo, pero es resistente y la piel es auténtica Es muy representativo muy elegante La recomiendo 100%

What is the difference between the cross one and the vintage on?

Visibly looking up close, The “cross” has a more symmetrical, evenly spaced, crisscross pattern to it. The vintage has a more natural animal cowhide look to it, not necessarily even but a more vintage, natural leather look
