Would this be safe to use on hair, mixed in with shampoo?

Can’t see why you are unable to use it as we eat it in food won’t do any harm

Can u use it in a bath

Of course to clean the bath. But make sure you give it a good rinse before getting in.

Is there a shaker in the lid

I've already recycled mine so can't check but from memory, I don't think so, just a regular lid.

How to open the 3kg tub?

It's in a screw top jar . Easy to open and close.
