They said they'll send two replacement timers, even though I was past the warranty on both of them. In a time when customer service is lacking — I recently had a negative experience at Nordstroms — this stands out. Amazing that they reached out...I wasn't even expecting a response. Original Review I'm on my second one of these. Bought the first in 2022, kept it in a shaded spot on the side of the house, never exposed to direct sun. Worked great for about two years, then one day the screen just went blank. Figured it was the batteries, popped in a fresh set, nothing. Timer was just dead. a I liked it enough when it worked that I bought another one rather than switch brands. Same setup, same shaded spot, no direct sunlight on it at all. Sure enough, almost two years later, same exact thing happens — screen goes dark, new batteries didn't bring it back to life. At this point it doesn't feel like bad luck, it feels like something internally just isn't built to last. When it's working it's a good timer — easy to set up and all features work like they should. I just wish it held up longer, because right now I'm looking at buying a third timer in 4 years.

Awesome timer! So easy to use and user friendly. It is easy to set and change. The buttons are responsive and it was easy to connect to my hose. I connected a splitter to the timer so I have two sprinklers going at the same time. The display is clear and large enough for my old eyes to read!
