Mi gato requiere una mezcla muy específica de comida y porciones exactas por peso, y este comedero me permite prepararlo todo con antelación y cubrir hasta 24 horas sin que yo tenga que estar presente. Funciona perfectamente y es muy fiable para un control preciso de la alimentación.Como pequeños inconvenientes: las hormigas pueden entrar, así que conviene tenerlo en cuenta si tienes ese problema en casa. Además, el reloj no es totalmente preciso y parece atrasarse alrededor de un minuto cada pocos días, pero no es un gran problema y se ajusta fácilmente.En general, muy satisfecho y totalmente recomendable si tu gato necesita comidas planificadas y medidas con precisión.

Easy to use, good sized food trays, easy enough to clean, the icepacks are a nice touch and it's been very reliable so far. No more being woken up early by hungry cats.I find you can also freeze food in the trays as well as using the ice packs to get a couple extra days worth of feeding. Makes it very useful for trips that might last around 4 days (depending on the weather).Took a while for the cats to get used to food magically appearing without having to meow at me, but they figured it out eventually.

**EDIT 2021**I bought this cat feeder in July of 2019. It served me well but as of August 2021, the rotating function no longer works. Unfortunately as the entirety of the bottom compartment is encased in plastic with no screws in sight, I'm unable to open it up to take a look or try to fix it up.**END OF EDIT**I used this as a last attempt for my cat who would repeatedly be sick several times a week, sometimes everyday. After buying this and setting the time, the routine of having her meals exactly when she needed them, even when I was out, has reduced her being sick to about once a month or less, which has been such a relief.The bowl is easy to use and to set up, and the ice packs are very useful especially as my cat only eats wet food, so I was unable to get most other automatic feeders. The batteries I first put in are still working, 4 months after purchasing. It's very easy to clean, just simply take the cover off, clean both the cover and compartments under hot water and pop back on. Whilst it isn't exactly the most aesthetically pleasing, it definitely does what it says it does and does it well.It doesn't make a lot of noise. Of course, the first few uses seem noticeably loud but after using it for 4 months, I barely hear it anymore and even often sleep through it. The first time it turned, my cat was only mildly cautious and only a few minutes later began eating out of the compartment happily. Now, whenever hearing the noise of the compartment changing, she knows she's about to get food and rushes to her bowl.
