Are these the knives from bbq pit boys on youtube?

Yes sir. Though they sell their own special “BBQ Pit Boys” engraved versions.

Is this knife full tang?

Yes it is, it is a very good knife I use it all the time my husband has one too and he loves it.

Handle is just over 4 1/2" and the actual blade is exactly 7" long for a total of 11 1/2".

Supposed to be. But I returned it due to the crappy workmanship and the blade wasn't sharpened.
