The baby likes to crawl and bang on them. 3 yr old, 5 yr old, and 7 yr old like to set up obstacle courses and play various games with them. They are sturdy enough that teenager and parents can also step on them. They work better with a group of children - they think of more new games. They will stand on them and try to play catch without falling off. Use them as bases playing tag.... **Q: Where is this made?** A: I bought these several years ago and sent them to my grandchildren in Germany . I don’t know where the were made but the kids and the neighborhood kids have had a lot of fun with them. They are very sturdy. **Q: What type of plastic is this made from?** A: It's a hard durable plastic. I don't know what kind. **Q: Would these hold up for continuous outdoor use? Could I leave them out in the yard through weather?** A: They are extremely heavy duty. But they are made of plastic. And the bottoms are rubber. It would degrade over time due to extreme temperatures and/or sun exposure as a little tykes play gym would. If you want a permanent outdoor fixture you might want to look into an outdoor Rainbow gym system. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit pricey, but so far, seem durable and well-made. Nesting storage is a plus. *by on Reviewed in the United States 20 May 2018* I am a pediatric physical therapist who sees kids primarily in their homes or at community settings like a local park. These little guys, while being a bit too expensive imo, have been pleasantly sturdy and appear to be exactly what I was looking for in terms of having a portable "balance" task that is both versatile and not too cumbersome to set up/break down. The bright colors are enticing and the rubber grips around the bottom edges seem well made. I will update my review down the road but for now, my initial thoughts are positive as they appear to be well made, durable, and (hopefully) built to take some degree of consistent "abuse." ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spass *by on Reviewed in Germany 14 April 2024* Den Enkeln gefallen die Hüpfsteine sehr.
