## Description

The performance of the reference subwoofer reaches a record low. The breathtaking output and musicality of a world-class subwoofer from a 13-inch enclosure with state-of-the-art features. Exceeds expectations with a reference performance that has never been available at this price before. With a brand new 30.5 cm (12") subwoofer driver and reference amplifier technology used in flagship SVS subwoofers, the SB-1000 Pro is a balanced powerhouse with a legendary performance pedigree. The Sledge amplifier with an RMS power of 325 watts and a peak power of more than 820 watts, a fully discrete MOSFET output and a sophisticated 50 MHz DSP delivers powerful and precise bass despite the compact housing. It also features the SVS subwoofer DSP smartphone app for advanced tuning and control. Discover precise bass up to 20Hz in audiophile stereo and home theater surround sound systems. The SB-1000 Pro sets new performance standards in its price range and offers innovative technology for an unparalleled user experience. Quite simply, it's in a class of its own. 30.5 cm SVS Subwoofer Driver (12"): Room-filling bass with subtlety and sophistication. SVS maximizes every available square inch of surface area and packs a high-excursion 12-inch driver and dual ferrite motor assembly into an acoustically inert 13-inch cabinet. Thermal management is critical when such a powerful amplifier and motor are housed in a relatively compact, sealed housing. SVS has designed a vented pole piece and efficient high-performance voice coil to keep the SB-1000 Pro subwoofer cool without compromising performance. Multiple innovations enhance performance in a closed enclosure designed to produce deep bass and seismic power underground without sacrificing precision and control. The composite cone with an exceptional stiffness to mass ratio carries enormous amounts of air and starts and stops with crisp precision.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this subwoofer have hard floor-friendly rubber feet or hard feet that could damage a laminate floor?**
A: It has rubber feet. Fine on a laminate floor, just don't drag it as it will leave a mark (which is easy enough to rub off to be fair).

**Q: Can it be connected directly to pc sub out ? Or it requires amp ?**
A: Hi, it will take either low or high level input. Your PC is signal level (low) which will use the LFE side of the sub. It will also take the high level input directly from your speakers when used in a hi-fi setup, either way you do not need an amp. The app is brilliant too, I found it took about 50 hours for the sub to start bedding in and sounding near normal but another 50 hours on it sounds superb.

**Q: Does this have an energy saving standby mode? Thanks**
A: Yes although it may take some trial and error getting it to work reliably. The sub may not wake or go into standby too soon. I ended up leaving it on connected to a mains plug that switches on/off the sub when the AVR comes out of or goes into standby.

**Q: Is this sub easy to set up?**
A: Super easy! Plug it in, Turn it on , connect to your amp or soundbar. Voila. You can download an app to configure it. Pretty sure you don't even need the app to be fair, but it has some additional functions that the sub buttons at the back have .
