Review: Great read - I have found this book really helpful as a teacher. It provides a framework for how to think about ADHD and tips for how to help kids manage it. Spoiler: there is no quick fix. As an ADHD person myself, this books helps the reader understand how to approach ADHD in the classroom and how to brainstorm management solutions. But there is no universal quick fix for succeeding in the classroom with ADHD. This books has helped me think through how to support ADHD students, how to initiate supports that really all students can benefit from.

I have found this book really helpful as a teacher. It provides a framework for how to think about ADHD and tips for how to help kids manage it. Spoiler: there is no quick fix. As an ADHD person myself, this books helps the reader understand how to approach ADHD in the classroom and how to brainstorm management solutions. But there is no universal quick fix for succeeding in the classroom with ADHD. This books has helped me think through how to support ADHD students, how to initiate supports that really all students can benefit from.
