My son is so picky when it comes to his scooter equipment. I bought him scooter pads before, but should have put more money in to get serious pads from the start; these are serious pads. The thickness is impressive and I am confident, that if he should have the inevitable failed jump, he won't smash his kneecaps. Being that he just got them, I will update if I find that they aren't what they seem. As of now, these are worth the money for someone like him who takes chances, jumps high, and aims to master the most difficult tricks. As a mother, I aim to protect his body parts and I am pretty confident these should do the job.

I purchased these for use as a scare actor. I an a petite person but I have some qeight to me. The pads themselves fit nicely, but the straps barely fit at all.
