It was Prime Day and the price was a justifiable £30.Having had smart lighting throughout my previous home, I am no stranger to the Tuya/SmartLife apps and how to train the bulbs. These were simple to pair up with the app. In fact, the easiest experience in have had so far. I have set all four bulbs up in a group. The SmartLife app allows them to react to music. Yes, it's a gimmick, but it works a treat. The only downside is the app uses the microphone(s) on your phone to listen to the audio, rather than having sound sensors soldered into the lights themselves. This means, on Android at least, trying to use another app that uses sound, such as the video camera, this isn't possible while the lights are dancing. No big problem and not worth voting down.General colour and brightness is of a really high standard. The white ranges are lovely from warm to bright.I've bought these to function as architectural feature lights in an expansive high vaulted ceiling room. At night with main lights off, these really are effective. We haven't unpacked, yet alone found our Alexa devices yet, but I know all Tuya/SmartLife products integrate easily - as long as WiFi signal is strong enough. These are in the same room as the router so there shouldn't be any problem. I look forward to controlling them by voice in the fullness of time! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Smart Bulbs with Vibrant Colors and Easy Setup *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 May 2025* Brilliant Smart Bulbs with Vibrant Colors and Easy SetupI recently upgraded my home lighting with the Avatar Controls GU10 Smart Bulbs, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The setup was straightforward—just install the AvatarControls app, connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and the bulbs were ready to go . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you have more than one bulb in your light fitting, only one works on disco mode. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 December 2024* I like that I can change the colour of the light in my room and turn on and off without touching the switch. They work well with my echo and Alexa.I have a 3 bulb light fitting and have managed to group them together to switch on and off, but was slightly disappointed that the disco mode that works through the phone app, could only control one bulb at a time and not all 3. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/294725261-avatar-controls-gu10-smart-bulb-4-pack-5w-music-sync](https://www.desertcart.no/products/294725261-avatar-controls-gu10-smart-bulb-4-pack-5w-music-sync) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
