**Q: Why is it leaving black marks on everything? My white tile floors and grout and my bathroom tiles, grout, and tub. I thin**

A: It might be too much pressure for clothing.  You can use on a mattress but there is no extraction.

**Q: Can I use it on jewelry?**
A: The steamer is designed for kitchen and bath.  The pressure might be too strong.

**Q: What is the psi and max heat?**
A: The PSI is approx. 30.  Max heat - at the very end of the tip, approx. 200 degrees.  1500 watts.
