For Windows, the downloaded file is in zip format. You have to unzip it into a temporary folder first. Then, run the Setup.exe application. After that, simply follow the onscreen instructions to finish the driver installation. For Mac, the downloaded file is also in zip format. However, you Mac OS may have already unzipped it for you. Simply, run the Installer package and follow the onscreen instructions to finish the installation. If it prompts it is from an "Unidentified developer", go to System Preference > Security and Privacy. You can either allow it to run from there or temporary change the Download Location to Anywhere and try again.Regardless of the OS(Operating System), make sure you have downloaded the "correct" driver for your OS, especially Mac users.
