I had also read some bad reviews here on Amazon (I always go to the lowest rated reviews first to see what the problems or complaints about the product are) and it seems to me that most of the people who were complaining about the product not working properly, we're in fact not using the product properly. It has to be understood that; Number one- this is a small juicer, it's not going to handle tons of fruits or vegetables just shoved down into it all at once. Also- it's a slow juicer that uses an auger rather than a blade, so anything like leafy greens or celery or Ginger, needs to be cut into small pieces so that it doesn't jam the auger. In addition- I saw one juicing expert in particular make a lengthy video reviewing it compared to another juicer, in which he stated that this juicer was rather obnoxiously loud. Made me a little nervous but I figured I could stand the noise until I'm ready to upgrade. Now, when I say this juicer is quiet AF! I mean it! Of course it has a noise, anything with a motor is going to, but I have a Magic Bullet that's like literally five times louder than this thing! The last thing I'll say is that- I saw some videos of people using The Pusher to just jam things through it as quickly as possible!!! The whole point of this juicer is that it's a compact SLOW JUICER!!! It's not supposed to be fast!!!! duh! No wonder your s*** was jamming, leaking and breaking. 😡 All in all, I'm absolutely in love with this juicer! If you know what you're doing it's a great little product! Merely use The Pusher to guide the fruit down to the auger , not to push it through! The auger pulls the fruits and vegetables down all by itself. Don't fill it up too much at one time, and it'll all be good! And if you're trying to make mad volumes of juice, this is not the right juicer for you.
