WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?!?! Amazingly good, like cup of soup dupe but even better (low sod)
WOW WoW WOw! I am in love with this Skinny cup of soup. It is SO good. Let me list all the reasons why I am impressed and love this beyond measure. --OK, so these noodles are perfect. SUCH a good mouth feel. Better than any noodle of any sort I have ever had in a soup, especially instant soup. Really good texture. More robust than raman, but not rubber band like a lot shirataki noodles (I wouldnt know it was shirataki/konjac). I already like shiritaki noodles of all sorts, but I still expected a mediocre taste and texture. This product blows my mind. Not only is it the best shiritaki product I have ever had (and I have had lots over the past 15 years), it is also an excellent "cup of soup" dupe. --taste is just so good, so comforting, so very lovely on a freezing cold afternoon. Great alone, or as a snack. It isn't just good "for a skinny soup". It is simply really good (to me). I am a volume eater, and was looking for a good quick soup that wasn't packed with sodium. I found that with this. -- JUST 80 mg sodium. HOW IS THAT POSSOBLE? This tastes like full salt. Is it truly, really this low in salt? I legit checked the package 3x to make sure I wasn't missing seeing a third number in there. VERY IMPRESSED. I swear I am skeptical. -- And I CAN TASTE VEGETABLES!! Has an al dante vibe. Real veggies. Small flakes, but real none the less. I bit into a piece ofvegetable and recognized it as celery. --I'm no vegan, not even vegetarian, but I am stoked that this does not contain animal products. It does not contain chicken.. yet tastes like chicken broth. --FIBER! It has 7 grams of fiber. That's great! --NO added sugar. 7 grams of carbs come strictly from the fiber, 2 grams of protein, 0.5 grams fat, 80 mg sodium, and just 70 calories.. --BEST YET?! IT IS FILLING! This is a pricy cup of soup, but it is generously sized. The noodles fill up nearly the whole cup. They did not skimp on noodles, veggies, or broth. --super easy to make. The noodles are in their own bag. I am used to draining & rinsing shirataki noodles because of the odd/off flavor, but I did not notice any weird smell. So one cup I made by draining/rinsing bag first, the second time, I just dumped it into the cup. Either way is totally fine. Next, add the packets of dried vegetables and broth powder. Add boiling water. DONE! Now enjoy. If you want even more broth, pour this into a bigger bowl. Comes with a SPORK! seriously.. WHAT IS THIS SORCERY??? Full rating for its amazingness. I dont rate on price (we all have different budgets, values, needs) and I do find it pricey at $5 a cup. I would eat this daily, and will somehow find a way to buy this regularly. Would be nice to see a subscribe and save option, or priced closer to $4, or maybe make it an 8 pack. I think price will deter some buyers. I happened to buy it on a whim (really wanted some healthy soup that didnt require me to always make from scratch). SO GLAD I DID, it is the best thing I have purchased (hence not scoffing too much at price). I will buy this again. Adding more to my cart right now! PS. Says gluten free, and I imagine there is a classification for what can be considered gluten free. This says there is less than 20 ppm. Just like how something can still have fat but be considered low fat so long as it has less than a certain amount per serving (same goes for classifications for low sodium etc). So know what your threshold for gluten as this contains a hint of it.

Thoughts From an Old Keto Pro
Been Keto since 2019. Reversed T2D on it. Lipids and pressure always pristine. Know what I'm doing. Only the Chicken variety of this might be considered Keto, and it would be "dirty Keto", and only barely so. 0 net carbs is good. Corn starch is not good. 0g fat is not good. You can fix the fat issue by adding some heavy cream or real butter to the bowl, before adding water. You could probably remain in ketosis on this, but you'll be hungry if you don't add back that fat. Not enough protein to speak of. The sodium levels are high, but true Keto actually needs more because we lose it fast. You can knock this down a peg by "bleeding the noodles". Simply tear only the first corner of the packet, and get all that juice out into the drain. That is pure salt water (and likely some starch) for preservative. This brought the actual flavor of the salt to a reasonable level, for me. Pretty much only the bouillon, at that point. I filled to within 1/4" from top with water, stirred everything together well, microwaved in a 1200 watt oven for 2 mins with the top on, and it was perfect. (I sure hope the waxy paper bowl is safe for microwave. They did not really have any warnings against it.) I just wanted to find a soup besides plain bone broth which was easy to make and fun to eat. This soup does that for me. I quite enjoy the noodles, having not had many real noodles in 6 years. I have come back to purchase more. But, I will not be purchasing it very often due to the price. I can go get an entire huge bowl of beef pho for the price of one of these, skip the rice noodles, and ask for double meat. Just... not as conveniently. Y'all have to bring this price down. I'd buy tons of them, if you could get it from $5/bowl to more like $3/bowl.

What were they thinking? Stay away!
I used to love this soup. Then WITHOUT WARNING they increased the sodium from 80 to 2500! Even the real ramen you buy is about 800. Who on earth would eat this? For 2500 mg sodium, I would want real food! I messaged the company to ask about the change. They gave me a glib response that the plain noodles were zero sodium. I KNOW that. I was asking about the change in this product. Too bad. I will obviously not purchase this again.

Very tasty noodles but very high sodium content
This chicken noodle soup is tasty, low in carbs, easy & fast to prepare, high in dietary fiber(7grams per serving), no sugar and low in calories. It sounds like a dieters dream, except for 1 thingโฆ.. it is insanely high in sodium, (2500mg per serving) equal to 109% of the daily recommended amount!!! This product is definitely NOT for anyone on a low sodium diet. I like & enjoy these noodles occasionally, but make sure I have them only when my food for the rest of the day is very low in sodium. I gave this product a 3 star review only because of the unacceptably high sodium content; otherwise it would be a 4 star review.

Delicious
I enjoyed eating these. Great flavor, taste and texture. The directions could be a bit more clear on adding water. It does take a time to get use to the noodles if youโre not use to them. To help with the transition I cooked mine in the microwave for an additional two minutes.

Nice soup cups
I have purchased them twice already. Great substitute for wheat based pasta. Broth is tasty, i add a little lemon to it. Recommended soup cups for lunch room

I Agree, best and only Keto Noodles!
My favorite carb is ramen noodles. So when I heard of these, I didn't hesitate. There's no fishy taste like I guess some other Shirataki products, easy to fix and the only problem I had was they're a little spicy. So I'm wondering if that is the soup base or the veggie packet? In any case I followed someone else's suggestion and I made them in a bowl this time that holds more water than the cup the noodles come in and they came out perfectly and not as spicy this time. I do think I might add a little more chicken flavor next time. But I just had them with chicken stir fry and it was a perfect meal, all Keto I don't understand what some called the rubbery noodles. Mine had no rubbery consistency, just a regular noodle, so maybe those people overcooked their Ramen or their cup of noodles? And I might try a little extra water too to tone down the spiciness of the flavor. But I'm very happy with this and it's worth the price tag to have noodle soup for lunch! No carbs!

I like this soup has a little spicy flavor to it
Great taste with a little spicy flavor. I love the almost no carb no calorie pasta that comes with it.
