## Description

Select your I beam trolley from Jervis Webb, the inventors of the modern production line conveyor industry. This I-beam trolley is a 1/4-ton capacity (500 pound) hand pushed trolley and adapts to 3" and 4” tall I-beams. Webb 9792 trolley has a 500-pound load capacity. Other sizes available in the hand push I-beam trolley range are 3/4 ton (1,500 pounds), 1 ton (2,000 pounds) and 2 ton (4,000 pounds). The wheels on this trolley are 1-3/4" in diameter.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can this be used on an i beam that is 7 inch tall but only 4 inches wide?**
A: Unfortunately, this would not be suitable for a 4" wide I-Beam. The max width that would work for this trolley would be a 2.5" flange width. In the description, the 4" I-Beam that is mentioned refers to 4" in height, not flange width.

**Q: Can this be disassembled to be put on the i beam?**
A: Yes it can.

**Q: Is the I-beam available with gently curving sections that would accommodate the trolley making directional changes?  If so what is the curve radius?**
A: Curves are available in 90 degree or 180 degree styles for 3" and 4" I-beams. Typical radius is 36". All I-beam curves are custom made-to-order, so you would need to contact Ultimation directly for these.

I have been using this product for 3+ months and love it. The body is cast iron, heavy duty,and easy to use. The rollers move very smoothly. This trolley is very easy to install and all hardware came with it. I will be purchasing another very soon. Great product!

Smooth rolling and easy, one person installation. Fits my 4" I-beam perfectly. Hole for hoist fits large hoist hook with plenty of clearance. Easily adjustable.

### ⭐⭐ Does not fit as 4" I-Beam as advertised!

I received this product today. It is really well made, but it does not fit my 4" I-Beam as advertised. More specifically, the bolt that comes with it is too short (it is not long enough to attach the bolt). As you can see from my picture, the end of the bolt does not extend out. Therefore, for it to be usable, I will have to go to Home Depot or Lowes to purchase a new bolt/nut. Not a major inconvenience but it would have been nice if it installed and worked out of the box. Note: My I-Beam is just shy of 4" in width. Again, the quality is great and the rolling action is very smooth and quiet.
