**Q: Does this teff flour contain micro organism for fermentation?**
A: I don't believe so, no more so than wheat flour.

**Q: Is this Ivory or Brown teff?**
A: it is Brown teff. Light brown.

**Q: I read that Teff has vitamin c. Why isnt it listed on the nutrition  facts?**
A: plants store energy reserves in their seeds, not vitamins which would be useless to the growth of their seedlings.  So if the seeds contain vit c it is only traces.  That is my guess anyway.
