I will post the response I received below - I am not sure why he is making references to rubber, as the issue I am having is with the foam handles. They clearly have zero plans to improve the product or even investigate the issue, and I am blown away at such a response directly from the president regarding such a simple inquiry. Furthermore, I have to buy new sneakers every 3 months, and new tires for my car every other year. All rubber products eventually wear out, and instead of us insisting that they go buy a new one at full retail, like I have to with my sneakers, tires,and every single other product that I have ever purchased. We are willing to eat the cost of the product but he must pay for shipping. Our replacement policy is unheard of in any category and at this point, if it is not good enough, then he will have to purchase a brand new one from desertcart, our website, or one of our thousands of chiropractors that offer the product.
