**Q: Would this Red Label line work well on big bass or should I look for a higher test or braided?**
A: I have caught 3 and 4pounders with no problems and that was on 8lb test line. Just now whiched to 10lb line but have only caught one 2.5lb bass with it so far. I love the knot strength of the line. There are things on utube to help with tying this type of line onto itself or other types of line.

A: Clear. But will never waste money on it again.

this line is a) on the thicker side b) the memory of the line makes it kink easier than the sunline sniper i use c) not cheap either d) i use it as leader line, it hasn't failed me despite the cons listed above. but automatically when i am about to fg on a 20lb leader to my mainline i reach for the sunline sniper or seaguar fluoromeister Otherwise, it isn't too bad a line.
