I took the plunge because I was sick and tired of continuing to buy the cheaper elbow braces-all shapes and sizes. The pain tennis/golf (yes-both) was not improving at all. The first time I put this brace on I was stunned at the complete support all the way round my elbow! You would think the size would be bothersome but it didn’t bother me because the pain decreased so much. Maybe, if I hadn’t waited so long to buy this brace and the pain wasn’t as bad as it had gotten, I would have found it annoying but it didn’t and hasn’t bothered me at all. I love that I can adjust the tension without fiddling with the Velcro. I wish I had found this a while ago. I have spent an awful lot of money on the cheaper, Velcro type which would have more than paid for this brace if I had just jumped in with both feet and gone with quality not quantity. Review: Game changer - This device changed my game. I would suffer from gripping too hard when playing Golf and this helped ease that pain. So much that it straightened out my gain. The quality was great. The comfort was spot on the fit. Well, I did believe it's one size fits all as it cranks down to any size it is needed ## Features - FOREARM RELIEF DURING SPORTS ACTIVITIES: Provides relief for the forearm muscles around the elbow by delivering targeted compression during sporting activities, particularly tennis, golf and various racket sports. - TARGETED RELIEF: Counteracts typical overloading such as tennis or golfer’s elbow and reduces risk of long-term injury. The five-point pad exerts direct pressure on the affected inflamed tendon attachment sites in the forearm muscles it can lie on either the outside or the inside of the elbow. The five nubs reduce trigger points and stimulate the muscles in the area. Pain and irritation are reduced. - COMFORTABLE TO WEAR: The Sports Elbow Strap is especially flat, anatomically contoured, and consists of a durable material. This makes it comfortable to wear and practical for sports. - ADJUSTABLE FIT: The strap is tightened with the Boa closure system until it sits securely without constricting the elbow and the desired compression is achieved. It can be loosened or tightened at any time and released with ease. - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: With proper use and care, our products are designed to last. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. One year warranty against manufacture defects included. MADE IN GERMANY with the highest quality standards. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01BCOJ0QM | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #93,756 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #147 in Elbow Braces | | Brand | Bauerfeind | | Brand Name | Bauerfeind | | Closure Type | Hook & Loop | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 611 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04046445946677 | | Item Dimensions | 5.8 x 4.5 x 3.6 inches | | Manufacturer | Bauerfeind | | Material | Polyester Blend | | Model Number | 11469461170000 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 500500005010001020 | | Size | 1 Count (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Adjustable | | Specific Uses For Product | Pain Relief,Tennis Elbow,Tendon | | Sport Type | Golf, Tennis | | Target Use Body Part | Arm | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Use for | Arm | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Bauerfeind - **Size:** 1 Count (Pack of 1) - **Specific Uses For Product:** Pain Relief,Tennis Elbow,Tendon - **Use for:** Arm ## Images ![Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71nWDWK+agL.jpg) ![Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71kYhoq1UwL.jpg) ![Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VtGYmcQpL.jpg) ![Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51-hl5uHqZL.jpg) ![Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71EtRsC3eAL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I need a tennis/golfers elbow brace for lap swimming, i.e. can get wet, dries quickly, stays on in the water, resists pool chemicals. Is this one?** A: I would recommend the Bauerfeind Sports Elbow Support over this model. I'm not sure how the chlorinated water would affect the BOA closure dial and wire. If you do go with the sports elbow support, I would recommend to make sure you wash all the chlorine out of it after each use, using a basic detergent with no softeners or bleaches. Thank you! **Q: How do the Bauerfiend elbow straps compare to the epitrain elbow support in treating tennis elbow?** A: The black one is inferior. The blue strap is the best on the market, and I have been through about 100. **Q: Does this strap work well for people who are weightlifters?** A: This is a theraputic brace, if your inference is use to midigate strain whilst lifting i wouldn't recommend this. As lifting goes recovery time and understand ones own limits is essential. This brace is intended to midigate moderate strain post-inflamation or injury to aid in recovery. **Q: My forearm measures between 14 and 15 inches. Will this fit?** A: Yes, my husband's 16 1/2 and it fits ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth Every Penny *by B***8 on October 1, 2022* First off, yes this is expensive! I would not recommend, save your money, instead just keep buying the cheaper velcro straps. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bauerfeind Adjustable Sports Elbow Strap - Single, Black, One Size - Forearm Pain Relief from Golfers and Tennis Elbow - Five Point Pad for Direct Pressure on Tendon - Boa Closure System - Bauerfeind - EpiTrain - Elbow Support - Targeted Compression for Chronic Elbow Pain - Size 3 - Color Black - Bauerfeind Sports Elbow Support - Breathable Compression Elbow Brace - Contoured Pads for Inner and Outer Elbow Protection Against Joint Pressure - Air Knit Fabric Washable and Durable (Black, Large) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/28777096-bauerfeind-adjustable-sports-elbow-strap-single-black-one-size-forearm](https://www.desertcart.no/products/28777096-bauerfeind-adjustable-sports-elbow-strap-single-black-one-size-forearm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
