It tastes great, provides additional protein, and is easy to make. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad and it has great macros *by K***E on February 10, 2025* I wanted to try this after trying the regular pasta from this brand to see how the sauce tasted because I enjoy the pasta from this brand so much. If you're used to a creamy, thick sauce, this isn't that kind of party. The sauce coats the noodles pretty well, but it isn't the thick cheese sauce from Velveeta, Easy Mac, or something similar. The flavor was a little bland, so I added a little za'atar and some red chili flakes, and that made it taste much better. This is the only brand I've tried for noodle alternatives that have the same bite as regular pasta and the same chew, so it's an easy choice for me. On top of that, when prepared, a box of easy mac has 1000 calories, depending on milk and butter options. This brand has half the calories, more protein, and more fiber; it's more expensive, but to me, with all the added nutrients, this is totally worth it.
