### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent methylfolate. Taste is good and it absorbs well.
*by B***N on 11 January 2023*

I like this methylfolate. Its not the most potent or the cheapest, but the flavor is good, seems to work better than some cheaper alternatives, and I can titrate the does up or down depending on my diet and needs. Seller is A+++. Thanks
