Do I have to drain fresh water tank to change switch

No. I disconnected the pump from the RV and a small amount of water dripped from it onto a towel I had placed under it. The tank is under the floor and isn't an issue at all.

Has anyone used this pressure switch on Shurflow 8000-543-236,

Ours fit properly and worked well

Will this pressure switch fit the Shurflo 8000-543-235?

Chances are it will, as Shurflo uses the same switches over a variety of pumps, but I suggest you do some googling and check for yourself.

Will this pressure switch fit the Shurflo 4008-101-F65?

According to the parts sheet that I pulled up that is the correct part good luck
