I have been on my feet all day (12 hours) and totally forgot I had it on. It has taken all the pain away, straightened 2 toes and is very comfortable indeed. I am so pleased that I had to write this review immediately as it is not often that I buy something that works so well. So I have just ordered another as a spare.
