Is this a one-piece skirt/tights, and a top, and a jacket?

The top and the skirt are 1 piece. It's like a sleeveless dress. The pink jacket is separate. There are no tights with this costume. My daughter wore her own leggings.

Does it come with wig?

No, it did not come with a wig...just the dress and jacket. It looks good with a pair of black Capri leggings.

I don't see a size listed or an option to choose, yet there is a photo of a size chart. Which size is this for?

HiThis listing is for the size medium age 7-9Regards

Used for granddaughter’s dress-up box. This item looks very cheap and gimmicky for the price it is. On an Amazon.ca site we should not be hit with American exchange rates and delivery charges. I would of been better off going to a Canadian Dollar Store.
