Good hazelnut extract, but it seems like such a small bottle, for the price. But then again, there's not many choices when it comes to hazelnut extract, anywhere.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for baking at home!

This is a bakery emulsion. Not to get it confused with an extract. As a professional chef who went to Culinary School, this is a great alternative for baked goods at home. Please keep in mind it has added sugars and pours like a syrup. If this was for a commercial bakery, hazelnut paste would be the most effective. I used this in my cake batter at home and added some to my simple syrup to soak in between the layers of my cake. Not only could you smell it, but you could taste it. I’m writing this review because some of the others weren’t very helpful. What I will also say if you put too much it has a bit of an aftertaste. Fortunately nobody is eating a whole cake to themselves to notice this but my customers were very pleased. Will buy again for at home use. Hope this helps someone.
