Not satisfied as the machine never turned on since the time it was brought
“Brand new washing machine is completely not turning on. No lights or display even after testing multiple sockets. I also felt a slight tingling shock when plugging it in. I need a replacement or DOA resolution.”

Dont buy it
The washing machine produces extremely loud and unacceptable noise during operation. There is also a clear imbalance issue, as it moves and shakes excessively, almost as if it is jumping out of place.Unfortunately, the build quality is very poor, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. This has been one of my worst purchasing experiences through Amazon.

Its a very good washing machine but
I did like this washing machine but it has 2 negatives you might consider to skip on them if it doesnt bother youI did like there are different options for washing and I love using all options not only quick wash. But I wish it had a digital screen to view the timer. I could never guess how much time it needs to finishAlso the noise of the machine spinning is too much to handle. I feel like im in airplane. But i did skip both things and found a solution to use the machine when I know im going out for groceries or a 2-3 hours ride and turn it on. So i come back the washing is done the clothes are still warm and i dont have to hear this noise

The washing machine hasn’t worked properly since purchase. I couldn’t report it earlier.
Hello,I would like to raise a concern regarding the washing machine I purchased. From the beginning, it has not been working properly. Unfortunately, I have been very busy and was unable to report the issue or request a replacement sooner.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you.

Good Washing Machine
For buyers looking to buy this product, ensure the transportation bolts screwed behind are removed prior to using. Many users have complained about the excessive noise and vibration, this I believe is due to not removing these bolts. Even we had the same issue initially but after reading the manual it is clearly instructed in it to remove these 'transportation bolts' before using. We removed them and now it seems to be working perfectly. Its been a week and so far so good.
